My name’s Katie and I live in Irvine, California.  I’m majoring in Computer Science.  Other than computers and science, I also like talking to people.

Something odd struck me in my second year: I don’t know about 99% of the people who I walk past in my life.  While I’m not making it a mission to strike a conversation with literally everyone who passes me on the street, I am trying to remind myself that I’m not the only person in my universe.
